Notices for All Returning From Abroad.
Starting today, the University will ask those entering Taiwan from abroad not to set foot on-campus during the 7-day self-health management following the 14-day home quarantine. This is in compliance with the regulations governing the entry of non-domestic students in the official letter from the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education on February 8 and the corresponding measures concerning people undergoing self-health management in the NTU’s “Guidelines for Prevention of the Severe Pneumonia with Novel Pathogens, 2nd Edition,” Your full cooperation is required in respect of the following.
Apart from the above, students and colleagues undergoing the 7-day self-health management should avoid going to public places and must not take public transportation. If going out is necessary, please wear a medical mask at all times, wash hands frequently, maintain appropriate respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette, as well as keep proper social distancing.
