NTU and MOST will launch the Center for Global Affairs and Science Engagement on Nov 14.
NTU and the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) will officially launch the MOST Center for Global Affairs and Science Engagement (GASE) in the Multi-Purpose Classroom Building on NTU main campus at 14:30 on November 14, 2018.
NTU proposed the idea of GASE, and designed it as a university-centered structure in collaboration with the other two members of the NTU System: National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (Taiwan Tech). As a joint initiative between MOST and NTU, the GASE is aimed at seeking active collaboration with key partners and international alliances across the world. The GASE will serve as a platform to facilitate international exchanges and develop global collaboration models. We will build effective partnerships and initiate industrial collaboration and social innovation, while linking and forming alliances with higher education and research institutions worldwide as one ecosystem, to create synergy and long-lasting impact.
